It is with profound sadness that the family of William (Bill) Lockhart announces his passing in the early morning of Friday, January 23, 2026, at Brandon Regional Health Centre.
Bill is survived by his wife of 68+ years, Flora; daughters Sheree Warburton and Lorelei Lockhart; sons Gerald and Dallas; and their respective families. Dad was very specific in his directions on how he wanted to leave this life and enter into the next, and the family is respecting those: cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later time.

Bill was a wonderful person, he loved his horses. We were so proud when he did the plumbing on our new place years ago. He was a true gentleman and a hard worker. So sorry to hear about your loss. We send our deep condolences to the Lockhart family on the passing of Bill. I will always remember Bill as my Dad Glenn's best friend. Those two were lifelong pals and had great times together with their hunts, trips and horse adventures. Bill was a successful and generous entrepreneur and a first class gentlemen.
